After 10 years experience as a Pastry Chef, I decided to take a leap of faith and start Risen Patisserie. As a chef and wedding cake designer, I’m continually looking for different points of view or experiences to create for my clients. It excites me when my clients challenge me with something new. I have also been pushing my own boundaries by developing and creating gluten, dairy and egg free products to be deeply enjoyed.
